The Hunt County Children’s Advocacy Center’s 2nd Annual Benefit Laughs of Love was a huge success raising $10,000 for the agency. The sold out event,
sponsored by L-3 Communications, brought in not only money, but lots of joy and laughter in honor of the children the agency serves. The event was held
at Landon’s Winery in Greenville, who donated 25% of wine sales from the evening to the agency. The entertainment for the night was comedian Tony Stone,
who has appeared on Comedy Central and A&E’s evening at the Improv. Silent auction items included over 40 pictures designed by junior high and
intermediate students from Greenville ISD, and children’s furniture, painted and designed by Heather and Samantha Norman, were auctioned off with
once piece alone bringing in $2000. The agency would like to thank the following sponsors for making the benefit a huge success:
