Steps to using VidaNyx:

  • After the Forensic Interviewer conducts the interview, she uploads the video into VidaNyx.

  • She can add any case related attachments to the interview, like a child’s drawing or evidence used during the interview.

  • The interviewer can immediately share the interview with users that need access- such as the investigators involved with the case and the prosecutor who receives case intakes.

  • In your inbox, you will receive an email from support@vidanyx-cac.com with the subject line: Shared Interview from VidaNyx.

  • A link to the email brings you to vidanyx.com to access the interview. (When signing in for the first time, you will be asked to create a password). Each log in requires a verification code to be entered (received via text).

  • The interview is immediately available for viewing.

  • If you are submitting your case to the prosecution office, please let the Forensic Interviewer know the case is being submitted to allow them to ensure the interview has been shared with the prosecutor’s office
